Everything you need to know.

(The booking button only works on my specified booking dates. See “Booking Dates” tab.)

  • The first thing you need to do is Email me your idea/ideas. There is an “Email Me” link at the bottom of this page. Please send photos of your idea/ideas, and photos of where you want to place the tattoo. Give me as detailed of a description as you can. I will reply as soon as I can with a price quote and how long the tattoo will take.

I have a 6 hour minimum requirement for booking an appointment, with a maximum of 8 hours in one day. On booking day you will only be able to select a 6 hour slot, but if you would like 8 hours just let me know via email after you secure a date. All appointments will start at 10am. I also only allow one appointment/person per day unless we have discussed special circumstances prior to the day of the appointment. I charge $200 per hour. For payments on your session I accept Credit/Debit Cards but CASH is preferred.

For booking appointments first look at my “booking dates” tab, THE “BOOK NOW” TAB ONLY WORKS ON MY BOOKING DAYS AND TIMES SPECIFIED.

I take a $200 (plus tax) non refundable deposit through “Square” when the appointment is set. This payment is automatically linked online through my booking system. The deposit does NOT come off the tattoo session cost, it holds your appointment slot and pays for the design time I spend prior to the appointment. On the day of your appointment, I accept Credit/Debit Cards but CASH is preferred.

  • I do all of my designs/ideas the night before the appointment, so you won’t see the design until the day of your scheduled tattoo appointment. When I show the design we can make any changes necessary to reach the desired design goal within reason. Artistic Freedom is very appreciated.

I do all styles, but prefer realism and surrealism. I specialize in portraits and flowers of all kinds, I also do both black & grey and color in all styles. I may suggest one over the other depending on a few factors, that can all be discussed through email.

  • Diamond State Tattoo Parlor - 3020 East Kiehl Avenue in Sherwood Arkansas. I operate in my own private room inside the studio.

  • Leading up to your appointment day please make sure to drink plenty of water and moisturize your skin (especially where the new tattoo will be placed.) Make sure to arrive 15-20 minutes early for paperwork and possible design changes. I also suggest bringing drinks and snacks for yourself and make sure to eat a good meal no more than 2 hours before your appointment. As the weather gets cooler I also recommend bringing a hoodie/jacket or even a small blanket in case you get cold easy.

  • All tattoo artists typically have their own recommendations on tattoo aftercare, and here is mine.

Keep the bandage I apply on for 24-48 hours unless otherwise specified by me. When you remove the bandage I recommend doing so in the shower where water can run into the bandage slowly as you remove it. Do not rip it off like a Band-Aid. After the bandage is removed and discarded wash your tattoo with soap and water, gently lather and rinse. I recommend liquid soap over a bar of soap, and also to only use your hand to wash the tattoo, no luffas or rags of any kind.

When you are finished in the shower I also recommend patting the tattoo dry with a paper towel and then let it air dry before applying the aftercare provided. The lotion can be applied as needed if the skin is dry or itchy. Make sure to first wash your hands, then the tattoo, then apply the aftercare lotion. Total healing time varies client to client, but typically it takes 10-14 days to heal. Some full color tattoos can take upwards of 3 weeks to fully heal.

I recommend “After Inked” lotion for all of my clients. If for some reason you misplace the lotion I give you, it can be purchased on amazon.

Things to avoid with a fresh tattoo.

    1. No swimming. Not in a lake, not in a pool, not in a river, and not in the ocean. I recommend waiting to swim for at least 10 days after the tattoo is finished.

    2. No Hot tubs or baths. Its really the same as swimming…You don’t want it submerged in water for long periods of time.

    3. Do not let your pets lick your fresh tattoo.

    4. Do not touch or let others touch your fresh tattoo unless you are washing it or applying aftercare lotion.

  • I won’t tattoo any hate related tattoos, gang tattoos, satanic tattoos or pornographic images of any kind.

I wont do Tribal Tattoos—Those 90s solid black shapes, or Polynesian.

  • I tattoo Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm. (or 10am-6pm for an 8 hour day.)

All appointments will start at 10am.

    Please arrive 15-20 minutes early.

  • For booking an appointment I only accept “Square” payments that works through my booking system.
